IS SLYCK CUTTAS AN APPOINTMENT BASED SHOP?
Yes. Due the space we have, we are limited to accepting walk-ins at the moment.
DOES THIS SHOP ACCEPT WALK-INS?
Yes. Since we are an appointment based shop, clients with appointments have first priority. If time permits we will accept a walk-in client.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Clients have until 24 hours before their appointment to cancel free of charge. Same day cancellations will be charged full price.
DO CLIENTS RECEIVED A REMINDER PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT?
Yes. The day of the your appointment.
DO YOU CUT ALL HAIR TYPES?
Yes. We welcome all hair types.
DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICE FOR BABIES?
Yes. The first haircut without a line up starts at the age of 1. Full haircut with a line up starts at the age of 3.
DO YOU GIVE KIDS UNDER THE AGE OF 3 SHAPE-UPS?
No we do not shape-up for kids under 3 because the hairline has not grown in fully.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED BEFORE/AFTER HOURS?
Anytime before the opening hours or anytime after the closing hours of the shop.
DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICE FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS AND EVENTS (EX: WEDDINGS)?
Yes. We will need to be notified a month in advance for planning purposes.
