SHOP POLICIES

 

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS

Clients are required to wear a mask.  Please contact our team when you arrive for your appointment.  The front doors are locked due to COVID-19.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

  • Clients have until 24 hours before their appointment to cancel free of charge. 

  • Same day cancellations will be charged full price.

NO CALL/NO SHOW

  • Any client that does not call to cancel or show up for appointment will be charged full price. 

  • If we are unable to charge your card, you will not be able to get a cut in our shop until that tab is paid.

LATE ARRIVAL

  • Clients that arrive late to their appointment will be charged extra.

  • Clients that are more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, will be charged full price and have to reschedule. 

  • Traffic is not an acceptable excuse; you set your own appointment.

BEFORE OR AFTER HOUR SERVICE

Clients that schedule an appointment before or after the hours of operation will be charged extra.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICE

Clients are required to pay for service at the end of the appointment.

SERVICES THAT ARE NOT FREE

  • Parts and designs are extra services.

  • Tapers are full haircuts and will be charged as such.

KIDS HAIRCUT PRICES

12 years old and younger.

APPOINTMENT LINK UPDATE

  • The service list has been updated as of January 2022.  Clients please pay attention to the service you select.

  • If we have to set your appointment for you or slide you in an open spot, you will be charged extra.
